Frequently asked questions

We have put together answers to some the questions we receive most often. If you would like to discuss your event further, or would like to ask some questions that aren’t included below feel free to contact us here.

  • We will quote individually for each wedding because our couples’ needs are all different. As a rule of thumb, our fees generally account for 10% of the total budget for an event. However, we do have minimum fees in place and these are detailed on our services page.

  • It really depends on what you have in mind for your event. For large-scale weddings we would recommend booking as early as possible to make sure you have access to the best venues and vendors on the market. For elopements and family or corporate events timings can be more flexible. Our founder and lead planner, Samantha, gets booked up very early, but we have a great team of staff who can guide you through the process under her supervision if you’re looking for something more last-minute.

  • We work across France and Southern Europe, and are available to travel further afield when needed.

  • All of our planning services include day-of coordination, with your wedding planner and their team being onsite throughout the event. However, in our experience, stand-alone wedding day coordination or day-of planning is not the best way for us to assist our clients. As such, it is not a service we are able to offer.

  • Of course! Our styling service can be carried out entirely remotely, and we always love designing at new venues. Feel free to reach out to see if we have availability to work on your event.

  • We are an independent company, and, as such are not tied to any wedding venues. There are several high-end wedding chateaux we work at frequently, but we are always open to working at new venues and private properties across Europe and beyond.

  • Our services are designed to cater to the luxury end of the destination wedding market. We do have minimum service fees that vary from one service to another. You can find out more on our Services page.

  • We are always happy to plan and design events that are not weddings, depending on our availability. If you would like us to work on your event, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible because we do get booked up between 24 and 12 months in advance during the summer months. We can generally be more flexible with short lead times between January and March.

  • Absolutely! We love meeting new people in the industry, and it’s always a joy to work alongside talented professionals from around the world. Our only requirement is that vendors have local public liability insurance, which is generally required by wedding venues. We can assist them with arranging this if needed.

  • Sustainability is a high priority for us as individuals and as a business. We will always be guided by our individual couples’ values when planning events. We are experienced in creating luxury events with a lower ecological impact than traditional weddings and will gladly help you plan your own eco-friendly wedding in France or in Europe.

  • We always ensure the catering teams we work with are entirely flexible when meeting our client’s needs. We are well accustomed to working for couples whose guests require Halal, Kosher, vegetarian, or vegan menus. We can ensure your entire event caters to these requirements or provide a suitable option for a group of your guests. Allergies are always catered for with the greatest care.

  • During the pandemic we worked with a series of vendors on styled photoshoots. These shoots were designed to help brands generate content despite international weddings not being able to go ahead. Since then, some brands have started to design events, and some may be using photos generated during these shoots. All work featured on our website is our own, and we are the creative minds behind the work.
