We truly can't say enough good things about Samantha and her team. Planning a Jewish wedding in France while living in Los Angeles felt overwhelming from the start, especially since we were never able to visit the venue beforehand. We knew we needed a planner we could completely trust, and after interviewing many, we are beyond grateful that we chose Samantha.
From the beginning, Samantha and the Best Events team were incredible, and it was easy to place our full trust in them. They exceeded our expectations in every way.
Throughout the planning process, we had weekly meetings that were always organized, often with accompanying presentations outlining design ideas and logistical progress. Samantha stayed on top of budgets, presented thoughtful ideas, and truly listened to our feedback. We felt heard every step of the way, and she helped us bring nearly everything on our wish list to life.
Her daughter India led the design, and the vision she created was beautiful, intentional, and felt so true to us and perfectly aligned with the Pinterest board we had made. The wedding turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined.
One of the most meaningful things they accomplished was finding a rabbi willing to fly in and officiate our Jewish wedding on a Saturday. While untraditional since it was during Shabbat, this was incredibly important to us logistically. Samantha worked tirelessly to find someone and ultimately made it happen. After what felt like reaching out to every rabbi in France, she found a wonderful rabbi from the UK who flew in to officiate our wedding.
Samantha and her entire team made the experience feel manageable and enjoyable, and because of them we were able to fully trust the process and be completely present on our wedding day, which turned out beyond our wildest dreams. We are endlessly grateful and could not recommend Samantha and the Best Events team more.
Now that we've slept a bit and are coming back to life and our messages, we wanted to send a quick note.
We can't thank you enough. From start to finish, working with you this past year has been such a pleasure. On every call, in every text, you took our vision and quirky preferences and ideas and made them all not only real, but also better than we ever imagined!
All weekend long, everything just happened. We didn't have to think about a thing, and that gift of being fully present with our family and friends is something we'll never forget.

Thank you, India, and everyone involved for making this such a perfect weekend. Our guests could not stop commenting on how amazing everything was, and we were just in awe at how everything came together so seamlessly (even though we knew it was a huge operation!).
The food was beautiful and delicious and so many guests came up to us to compliment the variety, the presentation, the taste, everything!! One waitress made sure to get all of the canapés onto a plate and fed us throughout so we didn't have to go to the station either, and we're so appreciative of that.
The fireworks were incredible, went off at 10 PM on the dot. Sarah with the flowers pulled out all of the stops too, and I couldn't believe how many flowers there actually were and everything was repurposed into different sections throughout the day so perfectly that it felt like we had bought an entire flower shop!
As you can probably tell, we're just on cloud nine. It has been an unforgettable, magical, wonderful, once in a lifetime experience, all thanks to you and the team.

The wedding day was perfect. Exactly how I envisioned, and everyone kept saying how beautiful it was and how fun it was.
