We treat every wedding as a reflection of the people at its centre. That means listening before designing, understanding before recommending, and never assuming that what worked for one couple will work for another. Your celebration should feel unmistakably yours.

This takes time, attention, and a genuine investment in who you are and what matters to you. It is the part of our work that cannot be systemized, and it is the part we value most.

Ethics at the heart of our process

A Network Earned, Not Assembled Every vendor we recommend is someone we have worked with or vetted personally, and trust with our reputation. Fifteen years of direct professional relationships across over two hundred weddings. If you have a vendor in mind, we are happy to work with them. If you would like us to vet someone, we will.

Commission-Free We do not accept commissions, kickbacks, or referral fees from any vendor or venue. When we recommend someone, it is because they are right for you. Our fee is the only money we earn from your wedding.

Full Visibility All contracts are made directly between you and each vendor. Every payment is made by you, per the vendor's terms. You see exactly where every euro goes. No pooled funds, no opaque accounts, no ambiguity.

Original by Design We do not reproduce designs seen elsewhere. Every concept is original to the couple who commissioned it. If you have seen it on someone else's feed, you will not see it at your wedding.

Our fee structure

Planning fees start at €15,000 (tax included), structured at 12 to 15 percent of the overall budget depending on scope and location. The primary variable is guest count: more guests means a larger team on the ground. Fees are payable in stages across the planning period. We are transparent about pricing from the first conversation. No hidden costs. No surprise invoices.

Included as standard

  • We manage your timeline, vendor contracts, budget tracking, payment schedules, and every logistical detail across all events. Regular calls throughout the process, with everything documented so you always know exactly where things stand.

  • Every concept is original, built from the ground up around you. We develop a full design deck and floor plans, refine through a collaborative process, and oversee every visual detail through to execution.

  • present vetted options from our network for every category: catering, photography, floristry, hair and makeup, entertainment, rentals, and more. Every recommendation is made on merit. Every contract is signed directly between you and the vendor.

  • Your dedicated assistant is there exclusively for you on the day. Running errands, answering questions, managing anything that comes up. One person, entirely yours, so you can be fully present.

  • A dedicated travel manager coordinates hotel room blocks, accommodation, and guest logistics on your behalf. Your guests feel looked after before they arrive. You never field a single logistical question.

  • Our professional dresser is on-site for you and your wedding party. Steaming, alterations, complex fastenings, making sure everyone looks and feels exactly right.
