OUR PRICING STRUCTURE

We know how important it is to feel confident and in control when you're planning your wedding. For many of our couples, budgeting isn’t just about numbers: it’s about trust, clarity, and knowing that every decision is aligned with your vision and values.

We believe that transparency should never be optional. That’s why we keep our pricing structure simple, straightforward, and fully inclusive. No unexpected invoices. No confusing breakdowns. Just total clarity from day one.

Our fees

We charge a percentage of your overall wedding spend, split into two stages:

  • Stage One: 5% of your total wedding budget is paid at the outset. This secures your date and kicks off the design and planning process.

  • Stage Two: 15% of your total budget, minus the first payment already made, is due three months ahead of the event.

This structure gives you peace of mind as your plans evolve, while allowing us to scale your event thoughtfully by matching your ambitions with the right resources, team, and time.

Everything is included in that fee: full planning, creative direction, our travel and accommodation, and on-site staffing. There are no hidden extras. You’ll never receive a surprise invoice from us.

What does “total budget” mean?

Your total wedding budget includes everything that contributes to the guest experience and overall event execution, from logistics to design and service. We do not include your personal travel and personal items in your budget.

Included in your total budget:

  • Venue hire

  • Catering and bar services

  • Staffing (servers, bartenders, security, etc.)

  • Rentals (furniture, tableware, tents, etc.)

  • Floral design

  • Lighting and production

  • Photography and videography

  • Entertainment

  • Wedding stationery and signage

  • Hair and makeup for you and your party

  • Guest transport and accommodation (if covered by the couple)

  • Any other creative elements like custom builds or interactive experiences

Not included in the calculation:

  • Your personal travel (flights, trains, transfers)

  • Wedding attire (dresses, suits, shoes, jewellery, accessories)

  • Engagement rings and wedding bands

Why percentage-based pricing?

Working on a percentage basis allows us to do something that’s become rare in the wedding industry: pass on every single quote at cost price.

We don’t take commissions. We don’t accept kickbacks. And we never mark up vendor quotes.

That means every decision is made with your best interests in mind. When we recommend a florist, a photographer, or a lighting designer, it’s because we truly believe they’re the best choice for your day. Not because there’s a financial incentive. We believe that kind of trust is the foundation of a great working relationship.

This model allows us to remain flexible for you: we can adjust the team size, creative scope, or logistics as your plans evolve all while still delivering an exceptional, high-touch experience.
